How I work

Mental Coaching

Working with focus, self-talk, confidence, fear, and the mental patterns that shape performance. Applied sport psychology in practice.

Embodied Regulation

Developing awareness and nervous system regulation through movement and breath. The body is not separate from performance — it is where it lives.

These are methods, not separate services. The work adapts to the person and situation in front of me.

I'm Benjamin — a mental coach based in Belgium.

I hold a Master's in Movement Sciences and a Postgraduate in Applied Sport Psychology, with over ten years working in high-performance sport and demanding organisational environments. I'm also a certified Yoga Teacher and avid AcroYogi. Combining these shapes how I think about regulation, balance, and the body's role in sustained performance — as well as how I listen, frame things, and work with the people in front of me.
